Balai Kemasan NTB Lakukan Pembinaan Kemasan terhadap IKM Begibung

Kepala Balai Kemasan Produk Daerah Provinsi NTB, Aryanti Dwiyani, S. Pt., M. Pd., didampingi Kasi Pelatihan dan Promosi, Heldy Sardianto, ST., dan Pejabat Fungsional melakukan pembinaan terhadap IKM Sate Pusut Begibung Lenek, Kabupaten Lombok Timur pada hari Kamis, 03 Juni 2021.

IKM Begibung mendapatkan pengarahan dari Kepala Balai dan tim terkait manajemen usaha, cara produksi yang baik, hingga pengemasan produk. IKM Begibung menyampaikan bahwa mereka telah mencoba membuat sate pusut dari belut dan cukup berhasil.

Pada kesempatan itu tim BKPD juga mengajak IKM Begibung untuk praktek mengemas bulayak dan pelalah khas Lenek agar bisa tahan lama di suhu ruang sehingga bisa dipasarkan hingga keluar daerah. Selain itu, pekan depan tim BKPD juga akan mendampingi IKM Begibung ke BPOM guna konsultasi terkait rehab tempat produksi.

Begibung received guidance from the Head of the Center and the team related to business management, good production methods, to product packaging. IKM Begibung said that they had tried making pusut satay from eel and were quite successful.

On that occasion, the BKPD team also invited IKM Begibung to practice packing Lenek’s typical bulayak and pelalah so that they can last a long time at room temperature so that they can be marketed outside the region. In addition, next week the BKPD team will also accompany IKM Begibung to BPOM for consultation regarding the rehabilitation of the production site.
