Jadi Juri Kreasi Ubi Ungu, Nuryanti: Kita Dukung Sumber Daya Lokal yang Ada di NTB

Kepala Dinas Perindustrian Prov. NTB Nuryanti, SE., ME. menjadi Juri Lomba Kreasi Ubi Ungu dalam agenda Food Festival di Function Hall Lantai 2 Lombok Epicentrum Mall pada Hari Jumat (23/04/2021).

Lomba Kreasi Ubi Ungu yang diadakan oleh Lombok Womenpreneur Club (LWC) ini diikuti oleh 15 Peserta yang menampilkan kreasi makanan dan minuman yang berbahan dasar ubi ungu. Tujuan diadakannya agenda ini adalah mendukung sumber daya lokal yang ada di NTB.

Dalam menyajikan kreasi olahan ubi ungu, panitia lomba menerapkan aturan selain berbahan dasar ubi ungu juga membatasi biaya bahan. Dengan aturan semacam ini, peserta dituntut kreatif dan jeli dalam menyajikan hidangan.

Kadisperin Prov. NTB mengapresiasi acara yang diadakan oleh LWC, dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, bisa terbentuk UKM baru dan tentunya hasil dari produk NTB, seperti beberapa peserta yang berhasil membuat tepung berbahan dasar ubi ungu.

Dari hasil penilaian juri sebagai juara 1 diraih oleh Arfila yang menyajikan Puding Ubi Ungu. Hidangan peserta yang lain juga tidak kalah menarik, para peserta mampu mengolah ubi ungu menjadi bermacam “panganan”, mulai dari donat, puding, asinan, cake, kue kering, boba ubi ungu, serta kue-kue yang lain.

Becoming the Judge of Purple Sweet Potato Creation, Nuryanti: We Support Local Resources in NTB

Head of Industrial Office of NTB, Nuryanti, SE., ME. became the Judge of Purple Sweet Potato Creation Competition in Food Festival agenda at the 2nd Floor Function Hall Lombok Epicentrum Mall on Friday (23/04/2021).

The Purple Sweet Potato Creation Competition held by Lombok Womenpreneur Club (LWC) was attended by 15 participants who presented food and beverage creations made from purple sweet potatoes. The purpose of holding this agenda is to support local resources in NTB.

In presenting processed purple sweet potato creations, the competition committee applies rules that are not only made from purple sweet potato but also limit the cost of the ingredients. With this kind of rules, participants are required to be creative and observant in serving dishes.

Nuryanti appreciates the event held by LWC, by utilizing local resources, new SMEs can be formed and of course the results of NTB products, such as several participants who succeeded in making flour made from purple sweet potato.

From the results of the judges’ assessment, Arfila won 1st place who served Purple Sweet Potato Pudding. The other participants’ dishes were no less interesting, the participants were able to process purple sweet potatoes into various “snacks”, ranging from donuts, puddings, pickles, cakes, pastries, purple sweet potato boba, and other cakes.
