Profil IKM Baba Dae: Bawang Goreng Bima yang Melegenda

Halo Sobat Industri, Profil IKM kali ini menghadirkan IKM Baba Dae yang memproduksi Bawang Goreng dalam kemasan.

Bawang Goreng Baba Dae ini didirikan pada tahun 2017 di Kota Bima oleh Bapak Firyadin. Bapak Firyadin memberdayakan ibu-ibu untuk kerja di rumah masing masing, kemudian hasilnya dikemas di rumah produksi bawang goreng Baba Dae.

Bawang Goreng Baba Dae juga pernah meraih Juara 1 Lomba Pengolahan Pangan Kota Bima di tahun 2018 lho.

Ada dua varian bawang goreng, yaitu yang berwarna merah dan yang berwarna kuning. Untuk sobat industri yang suka pedas bisa coba Bawang Goreng Baba Dae berwarna merah, untuk sobat industri yang suka rasa origin bisa coba Bawang Goreng Baba Dae berwarna kuning.

Hello Sobat Industri, this time, Profile of NTB SMEs are going to presents IKM Baba Dae, which produces packaged fried onions.

This Baba Dae Fried Onion was founded in 2017 in Bima City by Mr. Firyadin. Mr. Firyadin empowered women to work in their respective homes, then the results were packaged at the Baba Dae fried onion production house.

For your information, Baba Dae’s Fried Onions have also won 1st place in Bima City Food Processing Competition in 2018.

There are two variants of fried onions,i.e. the red one and the yellow one. For you who like spicy, you can try Baba Dae Fried Onion in red, for you who like the taste of origin, you can try the yellow Baba Dae Fried Onion.
