Balai Kemasan NTB Latih IKM Frozen Food Mengemas Tanpa Es dan Pengawet

Kamis (15/04/2021) Kepala Balai Kemasan NTB, Lalu Siswadi Handayani, SE., M. Pd., Kepala Seksi Pelatihan & Promosi Heldy Sardianto, ST., serta pejabat fungsional berkunjung ke IKM Bale Bahari yang berada di perumahan Bumi Selaparang Asri, Midang, Gunung sari, Lombok Barat.

IKM Bale Bahari memproduksi frozen food dari ikan seperti otak-otak, nugget, bakso, sate pusut ikan, sate ikan, bakso ikan, dll. IKM Bale Bahari mengeluhkan kesulitan yang dialami yakni banyaknya pesanan dari luar daerah belum bisa mereka penuhi karena kendala produk yang tidak bisa tahan lama. Sedangkan konsumen tidak mau jika dikirim dengan packing yang dilengkapi es.

Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, UPTD Balai kemasan yang memang memiliki tugas dan fungsi dalam pengemasan langsung mengajak praktek cara mengemas agar tidak tergantung es dan pengawet. Karena dilihat peralatan yang dimiliki oleh IKM Bale Bahari sudah lengkap. Sekaligus langsung mengambil sampel beberapa produk untuk uji 1 hingga 3 pekan.

Semoga ke depannya, melalui pengemasan yang lebih baik, produk yang dihasilkan pun lebih baik. Sehingga konsumen puas dan penjualan IKM tetap lancar.

Balai Kemasan NTB Trains SME of Frozen Food to Pack Without Ice and Preservatives

Thursday (15/04/2021) Head of Balai Kemasan NTB, Lalu Siswadi Handayani, SE., M. Pd., Head of Training & and Promotion, Heldy Sardianto, ST, as well as Functional staff visited IKM Bale Bahari which is located in Bumi Selaparang Asri housing, Midang, Gunung Sari, West Lombok.

IKM Bale Bahari produces frozen food from fish such as otak-otak, nuggets, meatballs, fish satay, fish balls, etc. IKM Bale Bahari complained about the difficulties experienced, namely a large number of orders from outside the region which they could not fulfill due to product constraints that could not last long. Meanwhile, consumers do not want to be sent with a packing equipped with ice.

In this regard, Balai Kemasan NTB which does have duties and functions in packaging directly invites packaging practices so that the packaging does not depend on ice and preservatives. Because it is seen that the equipment owned by IKM Bale Bahari is complete, at the same time, it take samples of several products for the test of 1 to 3 weeks.

Hopefully in the future, through better packaging, the result of the products will be better. So that consumers are satisfied and sales of IKM remain smooth.
