[Profil IKM: UD RAFI]

Potensi alam NTB memang luar biasa. Tersebar di Pulau Lombok dan Pulau Sumbawa. Potensi produk olahan menjadi beragam. Termasuk produksi minyak tradisional seperti minyak lawang.

Minyak Lawang merupakan warisan tradisional dari Tana Samawa. Dibuat dari ramuan akar tumbuh-tumbuhan. Warisan masa lalu yang harus dilestarikan. Dalam konteks kekinian tentu saja. Visi pembangunan setinggi apapun tentunya tidak boleh melupakan akar budaya nenek moyang. Melestarikan budaya ditengah modernitas, itulah isu strategisnya.

UD RAFI, salah satu IKM yang bergerak di sektor pengolahan minyak lawang. Minyak lawang yang digunakan sebagai obat gosok luar. UD Rafi didirikan oleh Bapak Hamdi dari tahun 1999 dan masih eksis hingga sekarang. Mengolah minyak lawang menggunakan mesin adalah salah satu inovasi Bapak Hamdi, agar Minyak Lawang tidak terlupakan.

SME’s Profile: UD RAFI

The natural resources of West Nusa Tenggara is amazing. Spread all over Lombok and Sumbawa island. The potency of processed food is diverse. Including the production of traditional oil i.e. Lawang oil.

Lawang oil is a traditional heritage from Tana Samawa. Made from herb root herbs. The legacy of the past that must be preserved in today’s world. The vision of development, no matter how high, must not forget the cultural roots of our ancestors. Preserving culture in the midst of modernity, that is the strategic issue.

UD RAFI, one of the Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which is engaged in the oil processing sector. Lawang oil which is used as an external rub. UD Rafi was founded by Mr. Hamdi from 1999 and still exists today. Processing lawang oil using a machine is one of Mr. Hamdi’s innovations, so that Lawang Oil is not forgotten.
